Human Resources Business Partner

This role will be instrumental in driving our people strategy, managing HR initiatives, and supporting our growing global workforce.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY WILL BE:

• Lead HR projects including organizational development initiatives and change management programs
• Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
• Manage full-cycle talent development and retention strategies
• Design and oversee performance management processes, including evaluations and compensation reviews
• Develop and maintain HR policies while ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Foster positive workplace culture and lead employer branding initiatives
• Provide strategic HR consultation to managers and employees
• Conduct HR data analysis to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations

WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Fluent in Latvian and English; additional languages are a plus
