Key Account Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop key accounts to increase revenue and ensure customer satisfaction by addressing issues collaboratively with internal teams.
- Identify and engage new customers to expand the client base and prospect for and establish relationships with potential clients.
- Act as the company’s market-facing representative and monitor and improve profit margins through strategic pricing and coordination with delivery teams.
- Assist project managers and finance teams with billing and payment resolutions and maintain accurate sales data in CRM systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant education.
- Experience at least 5 years of B2B sales experience in industries such as wind energy, industrial services, or oil & gas.
- Excellent English (spoken and written).
- Strong computer literacy.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
- Problem-solving mindset and accountability for outcomes.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with a team-oriented approach.
- Initiative and drive to improve work outcomes.
