Senior Product Designer (UI/UX)

We are seeking a talented and user-focused Product Designer to craft intuitive and seamless user experiences for our web applications, robotic software and internal tools.  Key Responsibilities and Duties:
-Lead the UX design process for web tools and robotic control systems, from research and concept development to final execution
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and create user-centered designs that address both user needs and business objectives
-Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to inform design decisions and validate solutions
-Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interaction flows that clearly convey design concepts and usability improvements
-Work closely with development teams to ensure the design vision is accurately implemented and optimized for user interaction
-Define and document UX standards and guidelines to ensure consistency across web tools and robotic control systems
-Continuously refine and iterate on designs based on feedback, data, and evolving user needs
-Stay up-to-date with industry trends, UX best practices, and emerging technologies, applying them to improve the user experience

Skills and Requirements:
-Experience: 4+ years of experience as a UX Designer, with a strong portfolio of work focused on  designing for B2B, enterprise applications, web and mobile applications
-Design Expertise: Proficiency in UX design tools such as Figma and Adobe product family, and the ability to create high-fidelity prototypes and wireframes
-User-Centered Design: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, with experience in conducting user research and usability testing
-Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to bring designs to life
-Interaction Design: Strong skills in creating intuitive and effective interaction patterns for complex systems and workflows
-Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile environments, delivering iterative design improvements in alignment with sprint goals
-roblem-Solving: Analytical mindset with the ability to identify user pain points and propose thoughtful, innovative solutions
-Communication: Fluent in English, with strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts and decisions
-Educational Background: A degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field is a plus
